walked from Paya Lebar to Geylang on a friday night.

actualy wanted tim sums also, but morning shift next day,
& its late already, so gave up the thought of eating :((
Passion Run 10km at East Coast Park today :))
total of 11000 ppl went for the run today. super crowded. 10km, finished it with the timing of 1hr 10 mins. not that bad, considering that i didnt really train much for it. its just determination all the way, especially when you keep seeing the endless tracks, with no ending point in sight.
saw ppl like Stanley, Mr Peh, My Yeong and Alvin over at the run :))

next up will be Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2009 :))
i thought my sprained ankle had recovered, but when i was at the 9km point today, my ankle hurts alot. not cramps but its damn painful :(( but still i ran without stopping :)) and i slept from 1pm till now, cause i had to come online to submit forms for sjab, and now that its done, i can go back to my dreamland again :))
work tomorrow. sigh. im tired.
