not to worry

back for some updates :))
weather has been terrible for the past few weeks. super hot and humid. then comes the drastic weather change effect. hot cold humid. no wonder so many ppl are falling sick..


days in the training centre has been pretty mundane.
lectures skills lectures skills everyday. boring.
BCLS was great, got a perfect score strip :))
BCLS MCQ exam was pretty easy :)) done in 3mins.
Venipuncture Skill Assessment was alright :))
Cannulation Skill Assessment was alright too :))


oh yes, there was an In-house debate on wed.
Organ trading in Spore, shld it be legalized?
debate was well, informative and fierce.


this coming week, there's more assessments!!
all these memorizing is killing my brain cellssss :((
especially pharmacology and those policiesss.


Things change, People change. it doesnt mean you forget the past or try to cover it up. it simply means that you move on and treasure the memories. Letting go doesnt mean giving up, it means accepting things that are not meant to be.

work started this week.

well, to be exact, its the start of 1mth orientation.

lectures everyday, skills exam every week.

start of next week, its BCLS + MCQ exam !!

need to study study again.

still dont have the ''feel'' of being a Staff Nurse.

maybe when we start work in ward, it'll be different.

right now, we still feel like students.

saw many many familar faces in the hospital :))

trying very hard everyday to stay awake during lectures. obviously not very successful, you'll see many heads nodding at the lecturer everyday. finding entertainments to keep us awake :)) gossiping is usually the best way :))

you cant be too trustful,

sometimes you might get ur back stabbed.

Reassurance

ytd morning had CMC meeting.
plans later on were quite fun :))
Orchard > Plaza Sing > CS Blue Urban Oasis
Orchard was flooded with water due to the heavy rain, till ankle deep which obviously caused a big hoo-haa outside the station and the crowd is terrible horrible. walked through till Wisma and went to dry our legs.


Dinner at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe :))
catch up on each other lifes + MORE GOSSIPS.


joined them back arnd 10.30pm at tamp.
drank beer (Asahi), watch them play RISK.
finally i sort of know how that game is played :))


nowadays, beer or alcohol dont seems to tempt me. or rather, i dont like drinking already. ytd when drinking, i thought of that again. that feeling was not good at all :((


am so screwed.
25 more days before the first pay gets bank in.
think i need to survive on GRASS & H2O :((


so today is the so-call last offical holiday.
work is starting tomorrow.
staff nurse uniform, staff nurse name-tag.

its still lingering on

driving lessons has been pretty smooth going :))

just that parking techniques need to be brush up.

went for impromptu KSinging Session on tuesday.

had a great time from 8+pm till 2+am with them :))

shopping at Orchard on wednesday.

spent lots of $$ :((

head over to the newly open Tampines 1 on thursday. super duper crowded. seems like the entire tamp population is there. saw quite a few familar faces too :)) more shops more eating places :)) they should open 1 KBOX there luh.

caught the show, KNOWING at 10pm. 5 thumbs up :))

right, so its 3 more days till work start.

im still not ready for it.

how come holidays are so short?

you cant get caught up wishing for smth that wont happen.

you just gotta move on to the next best thing.

time goes by, life goes on

i just cant stand staying at home with nothing for me to do. i need to be out, out somewhere, with something for me to do. now i cant wait for work to start, at least i'll be busy with something, and to stop things from running in my mind. on the other hand, start of work equals to '' no life". which is what i dont want :((

sigh, sometimes in life, you have to give up something for another.


there is no such thing as "your fault" or "my fault" because no one can control feelings. it comes and goes as and when it likes and somehow it would creates a different impact on different people.


thinking, somehow its rather sad when people you know became people you knew, when you can walk right past someone like they were never a part of your life. How you used to be able to talk for hours and now you can even barely look at them. time changes everything. from strangers to friends to lovers and back to strangers again.


on a rainy sunday afternoon, with me being very bored, ignore the nonsense above.
